Club Terms and Conditions: You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Shipments are sent with “Adult Signature Required”, and the common carrier may be required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery. By signing to join the Oaks Club you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and authorize Beltane Ranch to bill your credit card twice a year in the amount appropriate for each shipment. Club Shipments are in the Spring & Fall. Club Members receive an email with a 5-10 day window to customize their shipment and add wines such as Rosé or add olive oil. Club Members pay for wines they select to fulfill their shipment bottle count plus any other goods or service they select, but there is no membership fee. Wines range from $30 – $64 before club discount. Tax and Shipping are applied where applicable. We ask for a two-shipment commitment, though we are flexible as to whether you pick-up or where you ship your bottles. All memberships are set to auto-renew. Please reach out to us if you would like to change your membership in any way. Please note Rosé is an add-on wine. If a bottle of rosé is added in place of a default bottle, a default bottle will be added. Pick-up members must pick-up their wines, by appointment, within 60 days of the release. If the member is not able to pickup within 60 days we will ship it to you using UPS ground and the corresponding shipping will be billed to your account.
Visitation and Event Terms and Conditions: Visits by appointment only. We have limited capacity and cannot guarantee availability for any day or event. Enter at your own risk. A visit to Beltane Ranch includes possible exposure to sun, wine, mud, manure, farm animals including guardian dogs, wildlife including rattlesnakes,  and farm equipment. Beltane Ranch is not responsible for injury or loss. Children must be supervised at all times. Visitation limited to appointment window. Dates, prices and availability subject to change.
